We don’t just want to look good on the outside, our inside matters more and more.
Palæo is a Danish restaurant with a focus on the paleo diet and lifestyle, living proof that fast food doesn’t mean unhealthy food. Its dishes are based on a Stone Age diet and the theory that our digestive system hasn’t changed, but the food industry has. The dishes contain fresh, raw materials that are the building blocks of our culinary art: meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and nuts. Palæo calls this: Primal Gastronomy.
