Zero waste restaurant

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver opened an American-style pop-up restaurant in London this summer, which has a zero waste policy.
Everything that is produced is eaten, composted or recycled. The restaurant is managed by the chef Arthur Potts Dawson, who earned his spurs by advocating sustainable practices in the hotel and catering industry.
